Joe believes great customer experience starts with listening. He prioritizes understanding each client’s needs, providing responsive communication, and following through on every project and service request. He’s passionate about building strong relationships — both with ACS clients and with the loyal, dedicated team that makes the company thrive.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys homesteading, gardening, and farming, staying active in his church community, riding his bike, and spending time with his grandchildren. He’s committed to helping the next generation of ACS leadership continue building an even stronger company for the future.

Josh believes strong communication is essential to building trust and ensuring customers feel confident that ACS always has their best interests in mind. He is also closely involved in training and supporting new employees as they join the ACS team, making sure they are prepared for their roles. Outside of work, Josh enjoys time with his children at sporting events, gaming, traveling, and camping with his family.
